A three-space creative campus at 60-62 Flushing Avenue, directly adjacent to the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The Annex (1,500 sq ft multi-room with sliding wall), The Depot (1,980 sq ft industrial with loading dock), and The Founder’s Office (1,550 sq ft retro wood-paneled). Book individually or combine all three for 5,000+ square feet. Loading dock access and on-site parking make these the most logistics-friendly spaces in our collection. Ideal overflow and holding space for Steiner Studios productions.
